im a 12v guy so im not familular with the turbos on these trucks but my bro has a 04.5 and wants to know what he can do to upgrade his turbo. like put a larger compressor wheel or get a smaller turbine housing or anything to the wastegate. he wants to go cheap just till he gets a smarty.

 

theres not much really maybe a banks big head waste gate or a boost fooler. With stock gears and tires it was great. i did an intake a muffler delete and it was good. With the boostfooler i was makin 40 to 45 psi. and egts were manageable.

 

well he is gonna get a high flow exhaust and he has a k&n system
