Just based on what I've read of ATS, I will NEVER let their products touch my truck!

Its JC's Black 07' with the flatbed. Ive seen him call Jason every other day for four months straight asking when he can come pick his truck up and its always something why he cant. Then he shows up outta the Blue to check on his truck and nothing was even touched on it. Except all the drywall you all had stacked on his flatbed during your remodle. Dont get me wrong, his truck is bad, when its not in the shop. I just feel for the guy cause hes spent so much money and time at your shop that he cant enjoy his Truck. It spent more time at your shop than it did on the road last year. I aint exactly saying your product sucks, it would just take some convincing for me to spend the money with ATS. Sorry for the hurt feelings.

Can you say ouch, that would hurt. Talk about addin insult to injury here. If indeed this is fact, it is so uncool as shop to do that I can't even put a good word in here to describe it.

The sort of customer service to where when you get a messed up part and you need to return it is worthless.

Save up money for a month, wait a week to get your part then to have to wait even more by sending it back and then hoping the next one is good ...unacceptable

The part should be as advertised and forbidding shipping damage the supplier is 100% liable.

Time is money and you have wasted more of my time than what the products are worth.

I did contact ats via email it was about 2 pages long and I got no responce.

Its not just the exhaust manifold either...your intake manifold equally sucked the supplied bolts are the wrong thread pitch I hope I never have to remove it, your powder coating can be removed with a fingernail and I had to bend my dip stick to get it to connect right

Bottom line is supply a below par product.... get below par reviews, its not my fault

If you want to make it right send me a new 3 piece manifold and intake for a 2001 cummins,

Upon inspection will I reevaluate your products

As for now don't exspect me to suggest anything from ats to the members here.
If there is a problem with our products, please call us directly... more often than not, I have heard a bad customer service story about us, and as I dig deeper I am realizing that it was some shop that is the middle man... unless they are listed on the website as a "Certified Dealer", call us if you have a problem so we can deal with you directly... and we will fix the issue... and you are the only person who ever has said bad about our PC that I have ever heard of... as for reinspection and so on and so forth, we have the big "diesels on the mountain" event every year... you should bring the truck up for that and let us look at the manifolds...

now as for ATS horror stories, that every keep bringing up... 95% of the horror stories are from people who know someone who know this person who was related to that person who dated someone who had a product and this happened or that happened... so dont believe everything you read... on the forums, its bandwagon, people will start bashing one company left and right because this person said so... am I saying we are perfect? by all means no... some stuff slips through the cracks on occasion... but we have hired a whole new sales team hired new tech help and a warranty claims department.... we are getting everything set up to run very smoothly for customers and be able to help them to the fullest... as stated before, all you need to do is stop by or call...

As for this situation... I am gonna find out whats the story on monday... and I highly doubt we had drywall on the flatbed... there is no way what so ever we would do that to a customers truck...

01-12-2006 was when i installed the exhaust manifold. i don't have the sent email. I don't need to show you the parts to prove to my self they are not as advertised , since its for your benefit and not mine.... my trucks in the drive way come on over ill show ya.

I don't go around smearing ATS , but if asked i will communicate my personal experiences and thus far they have been negative. if you really want to do "Damage Control" be proactive and supply products as you advertise them. Your still in the fight if you want to change my opinion of ATS Show me ... Talk is cheap , Send me something and ill give it away to a member on the site for them to review it.

Ill never buy another ATS product so if you want to change my opinion you need to stand behind your products and there quality and not be in front of them making excuses.

Just who are you anyway.. Iron Bull Bumpers ? Evolved Motor Sports ? and Now ATS Rep ?

I worked for Iron Bull and helped a friend start his business (EMS)... I no longer work for Iron Bull... very long story... anyway, I came to work for ATS... as for just giving you product, thats gonna be a little more difficult... but I will see what I can do... warrantying the product you already have would be a little easier...

The products on my truck are not coming off even for 5 new ones , Get us an intake or exhaust manifold to giveaway on the site here , you know how it works because we gave away iron bull mud flaps. Not just trying to soak you for freebies but i want to see actual reviews of your Current Products to compare them to the past.
