Default Way to stand behind your products ATS,NOT!!

Well if anybody wants a durability report on ATS 3000/5000 twins I have one for you. They work great except for the rubber hose that ats now uses inplace of metal pipe. I have done everything I can think of to keep this hose on except for super glue

Lucky for me GOS performance is abel to get me the metal pipe to replace the rubberhose but ATS is charging over $200 for it. Even thow I was told buy a ATS employe that orginaly sent me a replacment rubber hose that he would send me a metal replacment. Way to stand behind your product ATS!!! So you know in the real world your setup doesn't hold up and will leave you on the side of the road. Mabey add some superglue to the install instructions

You know last time I looked on your website you still have the twins pictured with a metal pipe. I should have know I was going to get screwed when I saw that hose

my ATS manifold was not Coated , drilled or tapped and it was put together crooked over an inch out (so bad it had to be a joke) .... didnt come with gaskets and it was more expensive than every alternative.

other than that....

I bought one at the swap meet fer $35, the dude told me that he wasn't into CTD, as he was driving a PSD, when I got it home, it was way off too, I thought it was bent, possibley ran over, but now I'de bet it came like that I don't think it's an inch, but it won't line up

try using hairspray on the inside of the hose where it bolts to the turbo. when it drys it acts like a glue, but is removable when you want to remove it, just won't remove itself when you don't want it to

Got a buddy Who dropped $20k at ATS's shop in AUORA CO. (07' 5.9L Engine Rebuild, Twin CP3's, Tranny Work, Twin Turbo setup and a few extras,) anyways this was last year, since then his truck has spent more time in their shop and Im talking like months at a time. Any time he drives it something screws up, His Twins got so hot they melted the plastic wheelwell and cought his firewall on fire and that was pulling an 11 mile pass with 7k pounds on the trailer. Sends it back to the shop, sits there for 4 months, he gets it back and blows a head gasket on his way home, I could go on forever with the problems hes had with ATS, but I know his truck (which ATS told him his horsepower was around 900 hp) wont hang with my 07' loaded or empty. Makes me think twice about ordering anythin for my Truck from them. GoodLuck

well to DieselMinded... did you call when you got your manifold and it was bent? how long ago was it? we did have a run of bad parts from our foundary... so we actually got a few parts back for a few different kits and replaced all of them... dont know if you were part of that run... especially if you never called... we have safeguards in place now to prevents that from happening...

Now to the original poster... I am the one GOS called... we havent seen any issues like yours before and we upgraded the charge tube for many reasons... we actually had that one left over, and as a favor to GOS shipped it out ASAP... the shipping on it is what cost so much cuz it was overnited... and if you had called and we said we'd ship something no charge, we would have... who did you talk to and when? I can find out what was said and get this handled for you...

Zane... who is your buddy? and what does he have done? what did he drop 20k on? and when did he do it?

and to silverdodge04... without supporting mods and intercooler is no good... so if youre still dumping fuel EGT's are still gonna climb... but that boot being crimped will have a lot to do with flow which directly corrilates with why there isnt much drop in EGT's... get that boot straight and then check it out...

I didn't buy my manifold directy from ATS, I told the vendor the shape it was in and how it was suppose to be coated, drilled and tapped and it was none of them things. I did it my self and its still on my truck.

The sort of customer service to where when you get a messed up part and you need to return it is worthless.

Save up money for a month, wait a week to get your part then to have to wait even more by sending it back and then hoping the next one is good ...unacceptable

The part should be as advertised and forbidding shipping damage the supplier is 100% liable.

Time is money and you have wasted more of my time than what the products are worth.

I did contact ats via email it was about 2 pages long and I got no responce.

Its not just the exhaust manifold either...your intake manifold equally sucked the supplied bolts are the wrong thread pitch I hope I never have to remove it, your powder coating can be removed with a fingernail and I had to bend my dip stick to get it to connect right

Bottom line is supply a below par product.... get below par reviews, its not my fault

If you want to make it right send me a new 3 piece manifold and intake for a 2001 cummins,

Upon inspection will I reevaluate your products

As for now don't exspect me to suggest anything from ats to the members here.

This is not the first string of bad reviews I've heard of ATS products.... Don't even get me started on their transmissions...
