Hey gang, I had a deal fall into my lap and just need some advice on what other parts to stuff into the transmission

Story goes a good friend had a Gorend tripple disk TQ and valvebody installed in his truck along with some other internal parts (not a full blown trans) well he burnt up the clutches and lost all forward gears. Turns out the clutches had tears in them causing premature wear. The guy had Dodge install a trans (warranty) and he is giving me the TQ and VB. I have the TQ but the VB has to stay at the dealer for 2 weeks to make sure dodge doesnt want it for inspection for the warranty.

Now I have the TQ, it has just under 30K miles on it, and hopefully will have the VB soon. what else should I buy to reman the trans in my 06? It still shifts fine and all that good stuff but I know it wont last much longer. I regularly tow trailers around so anything to keep the trans together would be appreciated.

Ive got a deep trans pan on order, I have a shift enhancer (DTT) already what else? Im trying to keep costs low as well

well if you want to rebuild it suncoast makes a rebuild kit for it for $600. but i think you will be alright with just the tc vb if your not sled pulling with it.

 

no sled pulls or track passes for this rig, just hauling stuff around and daily driver.
