hey anyone got an idea on this i just put a new valve body in my 04 cause i messed up the suncoast unit well anyway the truck was working great but the other day it started to act up and now the truck has no first gear and it pulls out in second or third. the bd kit tells me to wire a resister on pin 23 so i did. now i have second third and four but no first i put the trans in first it engages but acts like its in park it revs and loads up but will not move ive about had it with the dag auto in this truck any help or any one with a stick trans that wants to sell it let me know

 

Sounds like limp mode. Cycle the key really fast 3 times. On the 3rd key on, look in the odometer window, and see if any Pxxxx codes come up.

 

the only code i get is p0483 coolant fans speed thats it i agree it fells like limp mode how do i fix limp mode

the trans engages first gear when u put the shift lever in 1st but the trans acts like it is in park if i move it to 2nd the truck moves
