Default Hot Juice

I installed my hot juice this morning and oh my gawd!!! It is amazing the differance, I can see why everyone says they dont get out of stage 3...It was deffinately worth the wait...if anyone is concidering it I say go for it! I pity the poor fool that wants to play now, it shut them down before, but now it will flat out kill em.

Alright you CR guys...educate me....

Im a 12V and 24V guy but am reluctant to buy a CR. I want performance....what does it cost to get a CR to 500+ HP?? and what needs to be done??. What about the CP-3??...what kind of durability does it have and what does it cost to upgrade everything?

The Edge juice with attitude is a control module that changes PC settings and bumps up your power, the "Hot" is an added level you can purchase as an upgrade. As far as price to get 500 ponies, its alot cheaper than you might think, getting the power is the easy part...then you have to worry about your tranny which is anything but cheap. You can get so much power out of these things it is scary!

I agree with the above Doc....My previous truck, the dually, was likely *close* to 500hp, never on a dyno (dont even know where a dyno is) but according to the mods it should have been close.

That truck had custom 4" exhaust that we built, custom air intake built with mostly AFE components, Hot Juice stacked with an EZ, and an aftermarket lift pump from DSG replaced after the new and improved in-tank model bit the dust!! I used this truck for pulling and work 90% of the time, and as a work truck that pulled 12000kg daily, it never faltered or missed a beat. Stock 6 speed and no tranny or clutch issues.....

Now, unhook from the trailer and it would roast all 6 Toyos on dry pavement, and felt like a race car......very fun....

Total cost:
600-exhaust
400-intake
750-Juice (i get a deal)
600-EZ
350-lift pump
2700-total

For the gains in fuel mileage alone, the break even point on the investment for me was 9.5 months since I was averaging 8k a month, but that is based on fuel savings only. Based on fun, it paid for itself immediately!
