I noticed a big difference. Spool up, sound!, and just gets rid of all the ugly black rubber crap. And all look better than stock

Whatever you do make sure it is a cold air intake, the ones that allow under hood temperature into the filter will cost you HP. I read that some companies do their performance tests on the dyno with the hood open, unless your driving with the hood open your drawing in hot air.
