Big Brake Upgrade?
#11
When I had my 96 2500 dodge, I was looking into upgrading my brakes and found out thought some research that a few people were taking the rear wheel cylinders off of 90s chevy one tons, (which are a bit larger bore and longer) and swapping them in the dodges, which gave the rear brakes a noticable increase in stopping power. Chevy wheel cylinders are cheaps, specially from places like Napa.
I never did get into doing it, because I traded the truck for a diesel, but it might be something to look into, if your intrested, I could find out what I knew
