Well woked on it some today and found that I have an electrical problem, so I'm Gona order a new harness and new filters Monday. How could I tell if my fuel psi sender is bad?

I would recommend checking the relay or fuse just to make sure one of them is not bad. Then if that does not fix the issue start pulling back the protective cover to make sure the wires didn't break or come loose in a spot.

Fuse is fine but how do I check the relay?

---AutoMerged DoublePost---

I called gas and was told its an ECM problem could that be it, but the truck runs fine if I bypass the fass wire harness

Take your horn relay and put that in place it should be the same relay. If anything they are available in any auto part store.
