Should be able to do 35's with the leveling kit. They may rub just a tad but nothing major. As for wheels, it depends what kind of a look you want to go with and what you think looks good on your truck.

Welcome to my daily life. Wheels and tires. On a dodge with a leveling kit 2nd gens will rub slightly with 35's and a leveled front. 3rd gens clear it. Wheels it's all about chrome or black size and offset and price. I always ask customers what look they are going for. Do you want the mud bog look? The Cali deep dish look? Big rubber? Low pro mud terrains? I have put 22's with 35's ( which is hardly any rubber) on a 2nd gen. It's all about personal taste and cost. PM me if you need more help.
