Snubber Valve...?
#22
The snubber valve is a mesh filter that supposed to cushion impact of high pressure on the diaphram of the sending unit. I imagine with high volume units this may be helpful,I just puchased the glowshift gauges, fuel pressure, egt, boost, very satisfied with them exept one issue, the dimming feature.I wish they had it set up old school to dim when you dim the dash lights. I 'll look into that later, now to busy

I use a needle valve for a snubber on my 1st Gen.

You can use a needle valve instead of the snubber. Napa part number WH6820, they cost about $8 two years ago. After you install it, close the valve completely. Then just barely crack it open untill you start to get a reading on your gauge. I've been running a GlowShift FP gauge for over two years now with no problems.
