Personally, I would invest that $200 on a fuel pressure gauge. Keeping an eye on fuel pressure can save you a $1000+ injection pump.
Is there an echo in here?

APPS adjust:

Have you done any wastegate adjustments? Auto or Manual truck, it will make a difference for ease of w/g adjusting.

it is a 5 speed manual and i had a new boost elbo on it but it was pushing too much boost and a sensor shut the truck down ( thats all that i can figure i took it off and it ain't done it since) and no no wastegate adjustments and whats a low pressure for the fuel lines to be runnng b4 i need to become concearned i know thats going to be expensive to get more power out of it i was just wondering if there was something cheap that i didn't know about ( i want my truck to smoke but only when i am at the sled pulls pulling but still have plenty of power on the road pulling the father inlaws trailers for him and not black out a 4 lane or an intersection everytime i take off and on occasion blow the doors off my pastors 09 d-max)

If your valves haven't been adjusted in a while, I would
do that.

If you don't have a boost fooler the ECM will defuel you after 20psi of boost.

Less then 10psi of fuel pressure is a danger zone. It will still run, but your not getting adequate cooling for the electronics in the pump.

Probably gonna need a little more than intake exhaust and an edge ez to blow the doors of that Dmax bud especially if he has anything done to it! I would say for cheap mods you can always find a used tuner on here for a good deal, you need a cold air intake, but before these gates are a must! Plus a good lift pump before you get too crazy with things. Also you will need a clutch soon too

( oh and buy the way turbostang7 i don't consider a duramax a diesel because to me smething that only has a 4inch stroke is just a glorified rice burner )

hahaha, i will race ya when my ecm gets back and show what little mods to a duramax does, if it runs on diesel, smells like diesel, must be a diesel. i love them all, except for powerstrokes , just like the ride better in the duramax, my cummins beat the wife to death and she didn't like it.
