Check out the Armory in the forsale section. There might be a few things you could scrap up for a decent price. Like a used CAI. maybe a puck? depending on how u use your truck maybe a set of gears??? Look for a used set of RV275's

thanks killstroker i was also wondering if i could just tweak anything on the truck as it is to give it a coupple of more horses ( i am planning to remove the silencer ring tomorrow just to hear it more and i don't think that it will add any power to it)

Your right removing the ring will not add any. You can always just perform some standard maintenance to your truck like checking your APPS if its out of whack it can not run at top potential. For it to be out is pretty common as well.

If your handy with a jigsaw, you could cut out your muffler and replace it with a piece of pipe and torque tight clamps. It will flow a little better, downside is it will be way louder and you'll likely have cab drone.
Personally, I would invest that $200 on a fuel pressure gauge. Keeping an eye on fuel pressure can save you a $1000+ injection pump.

A accelerator
P pedal
P position
S sensor

If you look in the DODGE TECH articles you will see a "How to" to adjust this sensor you will need a multimeter.

If it were me, starting from scratch, invest that money in a nice set of gauges. I know u want more airflow and more power on the cheap but in all reality, getting power isnt cheap... its expensive. But in order for you not to drop $1k on a VP, get a fuel pressure gauge. And back that up with a Trans and a pyro. Best advice anyone could tell you..... my .02
