Good luck getting ahold of airdog, the girls truck I just worked on with an airog issue that ended up being a new pump and modifying return, took her almost 2 months to finally get ahold of airdog to send a new pump. Seems like airdog is a really bad operation especially when trying to get ahold of them and lately the quality of their products. If I ever have an issue with my raptor I'm going to fass.

Also when she fianlly got ahold of airdog and they agreed to replace the pump under warranty they told her on Monday it would be shipped out Tuesday and be there Friday, in reality they didn't sent the new pump out until Friday. Their customer service is a joke from what I've seen.

Wow! I got a new pump under warrany and talked to the guy from tech support a few times. I was persistant and left messages saying that I was running a business and needed help. You could try that. They screwed up and sent me a 100 at first so maybe that was the start of their problems. I was in SC when they sent the 2nd one and did the swap in someones driveway cuz i needed it. I just ordered one for the 99. Think I should save up and ride around with a FASS kit just in case?
