Looking for some feed back on putting an exhaustbrake on my 98.5 cummins 5 speed. I do pull a 10,000 lb camper and have some mild upgrades to my truck, 4 inch straigth exhaust, injectors fuel system and a pressure box. Does anybody have a pacbrake or banks and how do you like the preformance of them thank you.

 

AF1CUMMINS has a Jacobs Brake for sale on here. I had one on my 01 6spd and it was awsome. I highly recommend one if you tow.

I have a BD one on my 24V that just put together and thus far I love it

have heard mixed results on the Banks

and sold many pacbrakes with great results

 

The Jacobs is a 3" brake and wont fit on a 4" exhaust, to my knowledge.


I have the Jacobs and it has worked flawlessly.

 

My truck had a 4" exhaust
