Default comp box with fass ddrp lift pump?

i was surprised on lvl 5 getting on it the fass ddrp held fuel pressure is 8 psi ok to be at i know factory is 5 psi and everyone else says 10 psi how much life does a tapped pump take off on them because i might just leave it unplugged? does my fass ddrp lift pump sounds like it will keep up with the comp box?

well most of the time it is 20 psi and 16 driving down the road then getting on it 9 to 10 . on lvl 5 what will happen if it goes down to 8 or 9 psi it shouldnt hurt nothing?

factory is not 5psi. my factory pump on my 99 made 13 at idle, cruised at 11 and ran down to 5 at wot. It's not good to run below 10. a tapped pump doesn't shorten the life span it's the low fuel pressure.

U can get a spring that will bump up the pressure a little on the DDRP.

yeah but what i hate about the ddrp at idle when warmed up it idles at 20 psi, 20 isnt very good is it? it would be nice if i could get the fuel pressure down at an idle.to like 17 or 18 an idle.
