They probably adjusted the Valves. A stock HG and Studs should hold 50+ boost.

ok thanks for clearing that up with me they tried to tell me that it was too much power for it and that it wouldnt hold but idk what they did with it. I had to go back and check what was wrong cause it had a fuel leak when i got it back and come to find out they didnt have the connector tubes popped down in there good and they try to tell me idk what im talkin about haha. But thanks again im goin to try the few heat cycles once i get another head gasket on it. Should they be like in the same day or maybe a few days apart when i retorque them or how should i do that?

Are you tightening them in the correct order?

i actually didnt do the head studs the shop did it while they were doing the head gasket. But i know the order you are talkin about so whoever does my head gasket this time since i dont have the stuff here to do it. I will go back and retorque them or i will tell them to do it and watch and make sure its done right

how heavy is your right foot? i have the super B special and im feeding it alot more fuel. and im still on my original headgasket. no studs and im running 55+ psi.

Its pretty heavy but i dont stay in it all the time i just play a little bit when i have the feeling too haha

haha. put some studs in it. and up the fuel. my special was so laggy when i ran smaller injectors and a single box. that turbo is sweet when you add the right amount of fuel to it

i got the studs in it. My special aint that laggy i mean it takes a min 2 spool but it really aint that bad. I have 2 quit blowin head gaskets b4 i do anything else

i have one more question when i retorque the studs after the heat cycles do i loosen them then torque them back down or just make sure that they are at 125 ft lbs??
