i have an 2000 dodge cummins i just bought an edge comp off a guy. got it for 350. hooked it all up. and works grate untill the other day. i went to change from stage 3 to 4 and nothing. it will only go down not up. so now its on level 1. anyone know why it wont increass??

 

I know this doesn't help, but they have pretty good tech support. Just call 'em up and tell them what's going on with the box. I know the juice boxes have a "trouble code" thing.... you can take the box end off and there are some blue lights that flash in sequences depending on what's going on. Comp may have something simillar...

I'd give them a call on Monday.

 

called them friday they told me to unplug it and plug it back in and still nothing. then told me i would have to send it in to get fixed and its going to be 100 bucks bc its not warranty

 

Have you tried leaving it unplugged for a few minutes?
