i have an 2000 dodge cummins i just bought an edge comp off a guy. got it for 350. hooked it all up. and works grate untill the other day. i went to change from stage 3 to 4 and nothing. it will only go down not up. so now its on level 1. anyone know why it wont increass??

I know this doesn't help, but they have pretty good tech support. Just call 'em up and tell them what's going on with the box. I know the juice boxes have a "trouble code" thing.... you can take the box end off and there are some blue lights that flash in sequences depending on what's going on. Comp may have something simillar... :humm:

I'd give them a call on Monday.

called them friday they told me to unplug it and plug it back in and still nothing. then told me i would have to send it in to get fixed and its going to be 100 bucks bc its not warranty:nope:

Have you tried leaving it unplugged for a few minutes?

yah a good 20 or so
