If I remember right your solid light are 30,60,90,100 and 120 HP { I could be wrong on the HP levels }. Your flashing lights will determine when your fuel will come in. Flashing level 1 will give you the least amount of fuel off idle and flashing level 5 will give you full fuel off idle.
My best fuel mileage comes on level 2 and fuel setting 1. When you have a chance send your Comp box in and have it updated and also set for the Drag Comp box, you will love it.

On my brothers truck he has always gotten better mileage on the higher settings like 4x3, but the hard problem is keepin your foot out of it.

When the lights are flashing that is controlling your low boost fueling.

I run mine on 3x4,seems to be the best setting for my truck. What is best for my truck may not be the best for yours.Start with 3x3 and go from there.(Kepping your foot out of it helps to)

3x3 is my in town driver, and 5x4 on the highway, but you do have to keep your foot off the petal to get the better mileage.
