I bought the injectors from my cousin Bill Heyen. He had them in his truck before he went all out with his truck and p-pumped it and runs in the 3.0 sled pulling class. Anyways they are Bully Dog 200 hp injectors.when I bought them I had them tested on the flow bench at Area Diesel Service in Carlinville, IL and they said that they all flowed correctly. They made a tremendous difference in the truck by themselves. My egts are the not much higher now with the comp and injectors than they were with the injectors alone. I took the truck for a drive and it pushed up very close to 1550 so I guess it gets hotter than I thought. I have to be very careful because I tend to get A LOT of turbo bark. There is definately no lack of power or black smoke as I can lose 2 lanes of traffic. What are your thoughts?

x2 If I turn my Adrenaline to PL10 with stock injectors and the 35 I can hit 1400 easy. I don't do it much except if I'm out somewhere showin my but it's not hard to do even with stock sticks.

On mine I can hit 1200 egt's pretty quick if I just hold it to the floor and they're only 40 hp more then stock. I'm also wonderin about 40psi on a stock turbo. If these pressures an temps are accurate then I have to wnder if yor havin issues you don't know about yet.

With mach 8's I saw a loss of bottom end and top end torque and rwhp on the rollers. It was much easier to drive ( less lag).
I would stick with the drag comp alone, It's enough fuel to push any VP-44 to the limit!

i got 150's with this stack and a super 62... still have to watch egt's empty with 5'' tb exhaust.. use smarty for timing and edge for fuel... and love it... she'll shut down the up to about 15-1800 rpms then its just a light gray haze...i've passed a lotta trucks that are just billowing out the smoke and i just laugh..

My truck will get up to 1200 degrees VERY quickly. On a 0-45 run it will hit 1200ish and zero to forty-five takes no time at all. The temps climb quickly until the comp starts to defuel at 2700 rpms and it tends to level out at the 1400-1450 range. As far as boost pressure goes 35 is the norm and I have seen it spike to nearly 40 but that has only happened a couple times so that very well could have been a fluke. I tend to think that 1400 degrees is pretty warm. Where should my EGTs be???

What is your best guess as to what they are? Just to give you an idea, with just these injectors and intake I ran side by side with an 01 powerstroke 6-speed 4x4 with an intake, exhaust, and 140 hp TS performance chip. This matchup stock to stock heavily favored the ford as he completely killed me.

On my other 01 Cummins with Edge Comp on 2X3, Smarty on 4 and 150hp injectors I could peg my 1600 gauge in a matter of seconds. If I had to guess id say your running RV275's or some 75hp injectors.

Okay, well they are definately bully dog sticks. I was told they were 200 hp but I bought them used so maybe he was wrong about the size. Is there any way I can figure out what size they are? If they actually are 200's what do you think my problem could be? The truck runs very VERY strong. I smoked my buddys duramax and he turned a 14.8 at the track.I just want to get to the bottom of this and find out what the deal is.
