boost elbow ???

Default boost elbow ???

With my mods if i bought a boost elbow would i have to get a boost fooler to.... was told that the boost elbow would set over the boost codes

You'll need to run eaither a boost fooler or a box that modifies the map signal. Somthing like a drag comp or Edge Juice with attitude. In reality I dont think your fueling enough to throw a over boost code but always a possibility. No harm done just a little annoying!

The ECM will cut fueling if you do not have something plugged into the MAP harness. So even if you locked down the gate, it may never get to an overboost condition.

But there is no sense in raising boost anymore than required to do the job.

I have a boost elbow on my 2000 with only a diablo power puck and i was seeing and overboost code till i put a fooler on it.

did you have to unplug the power puck??

no i bought a bd boost fooler and no i have no codes. Plus it alows the engine to use the extra boost the elbow provides
