I provide a copy of my receipt from there authorized seller and they fix it, never been an issue.
And that is all we asked for. Nothing more, nothing less.

When it comes to upholding ones end of the bargin , I want my FP sender and you want your warentee card .
We never said we want the warranty card. We simply said since you did not fill it in send us a proof of purchase. We know how old it is by the serial #, we know it is most likely "out of warranty" but, we were trying to make sure you did not get charged for anything if we could justify it at all. You would not believe the stuff people send in to us, second or third hand and basically destroyed.

And if you are the original owner, I will be happy to give you th FP sending unit (the new one) because you paid for it.

wtf who the hell are you
either you just started at quad or have no clue about any thing with the adrenaline
first there is no envelope to send back the warranty card or at least none with mine
That is entertaining, I needed that this morning.

As far as not honoring warranties, I am the only person that will authorize not providing warranty for someone, even if it is out of warranty. We are almost as bad as walmart and wil replace almost anything for anyone. It is sickening really.

I am sure there is more to that story as well. We do not just charge for stuff. It is a pain in the rear. Your tuner is either really old, really damaged or vin locked to a different vin than you want to install it on is my guess?

Q,
There not my boxes, There a customers boxes. He says there under warranty , You say they are not. I just shipped them. You've had them for quite a while but he talked to you about those...Not me, he says you still have them thats none of mine. I'm just saying. Not trying to start problems bud. I have no idea what condition their in, I didnt take them out of the box, He got the RMA, he got all the information , I'm just repeating what he said which your probably right theres more to it.
I've got one on the way to ya right now, I didnt say I had any problem.
L

PS you are getting one from me that is vin locked but you'll see when you hook it up, I'll give you the vin on the truck it came off of. The trucks still programmed but as soon as you plug the tuner to the truck, It locks up. No usb port inside. Installed per instruction and still locks up. If you need any more info PM Me.

Sorry off subject

I can vouch for DM that he bought the Adenaline from me in Feb of 2008. This box was brand new.

Ok, anytime you have a wiring harness up that breaks the map signal, whether it is ours, TST, EDGE or anyone else AND you unplug the box but, leave it connected, you are going to get a MAP sensor code. The signal is broken completely. This problem has nothing to do with your harness or MAP sensor. This is precisely why it would not clear.

I really cannot believe someone else did not pick up on that to help you out straight off the bat.

No, it was a combination of having the wiring harness hooked up and no box hooked to the other end.

That is not true. She is simply trying to verify that you are in warranty EVEN THOUGH you DID NOT send in your warrany card which is a requirement we have in order to get the 1 year warrant. Its not like we hide that, we send a card that takes 30 seconds to fill out and send a pre-paid postage envelope with it. Just like 99% of all the other electronics you buy.

Furthermore, she did not say she was not covering it. She was trying to verify. These things do not have a lifetime warrant. Based on the serial # we know the box is 16 months old. We also know sometimes they sit on shelves and other things so she is asking to verify when it was purchased. Not to mention she told you she is trying to make sure that the return shipping back to you is free. Never has there been a word said about not fixing the box.

This is further proof that this box is as old as they come. Only the very first shipment was sent with this card in them. After that, the price was dropped and we did not include a FP sending unit with them. We now have a totally different solution.

My guess is that you are not the original purchaser of this box to start with. If you are, why are you waiting 16 months to try and get the FP sending unit? I have not looked but, a sending unit may have already been attached to that serial # as well? I don't know but, I seriously doubt that you are the original owner and waited 16 months to ask for it. If you are, I apologize and I will send you one back.

I am sure there is more to that story as well. We do not just charge for stuff. It is a pain in the rear. Your tuner is either really old, really damaged or vin locked to a different vin than you want to install it on is my guess?

Surely by now you guys know that there are 2 sides to every story? These internet forums are great for good info, BS info and people trying to leverage against manufacturers. That is pretty much all you will see on any forums any more. I am one of the only manufacturers that gets on forums, answers questions, and offers help in addition to our regular support and service. Not to mention everything we sel is USB updatable so there is no need to send stuff in 98% of the time. How is that bad customer service? Matter of fact, do some searched on other sites and see how our customer service is rated.

So after calling us out, raising cain and emails with demands and it is not the Adrenaline afterall? That is what you call irony.

I guess that is why people are selling the stuff on their current trucks and replacing it with the Adrenaline. That has to be the most ridiculous post I have seen in this thread.

Not to mention the original poster (the "owner") just told you in the post above yours that the truck is still having the problem and the Adrenaline AND wiring harness are in a box.

That says a lot about you right there.

Also, if ayone doubts what my tech said, I have the string of emails I will be happy to post up.

Long story short, warranty is good for 1 year, just like everyone else. You didn't send a warranty card in, so she simply asked for a proof of purchase to try and help you out but, instead just giving it to her you decided to take the bashing road? Now it was not the Adrenaline at all even though you blamed it on the Adrenaline.

Thanks, I appreciate that.
wow, really wow, this just proves that your company sucks at customer service, your products sucks in terms of quality and longevity, i have had several of my buddies try your boxes, only to be screwed over by your product. sad part is, your customer service sucks worse then your products, as one can tell from this long post you posted. What ever happend to the fuel pressure sender issues that your company was supposed to be fixing and sending out to their customers???? My buddy josh, still waiting on his as well as others on this site. 3rd, I know for a fact Edge has a limited lifetime warranty, at least when i bought my juice back in 06, they did, back in january of this year, my juice had a programing issue and failed, so they sent me a new box and monitor plus a 50 dollar credit for their company. And i never sent in a warranty card, nor was i required to jump through hoops, just told them my box was not working and they corrected the problem. Why pass the buck to the customer or the vendors when they just took your companies word that the product was good, you failed them, not the other way around. you get 2 thumbs waaaaaaaayyyy waaaayyyy down

Okay, Let me say this guys......

I know how offensive it can be when people run their mouths. Sometimes it can be misunderstood. We went really running our mouths yet speaking of personal experiences. During this day in time it's very hard to acquire the finances to get something like this started (Quad). I've seen quad spend alot of time on the forums trying to help. There's also times that a product wont produce the same results from truck to truck so issues seen in beta may have taken care of 30 trucks but 30 more may experience something completely different. When trying to push the limits we often find problems others have not. I've found myself getting very angry with customers when working on their trucks when I've got a problem with something and they just flip out. When folks tell you that you obviously are an idiot and have no clue what your doing (paraphrased some of the post here) it's not only dis hearting but hurtful. When you've spent all your money and all your blood sweat and tears on something and a few people have problems and fly off on you.....it's easy to get upset! wow too many ands in that sentence my bad. Regardless of how professional we are, We all still screw up, things don't work right and often we find ourselves over worked , underpaid and pissed off. Another note, With rapid growth customer service becomes impossible to some degree. with our economy in it's current state it's scary to even THINK about hiring someone or expanding, Not to mention unless you hire a call center you've still got to think about the quality of information each person is getting. What if theirs a misunderstanding on the phone? Y'all get what I'm saying. It's easy to get in a position where a normal everyday human being spontaneously turns into a complete basket case...You'll see some post where I've completely made a fool of myself...worse than normal.... It's easy to do and extremely easy to do online....I misinterpret folks ever day

I AGREE,

I have made it clear multiple times that my truck is still having issues with the quadzilla off and in the mail so unless it has some major bad mojo it has nothing to do with the programmer , its either my MAP a sensor on the Tranny my Apps my VP44 or my ECM

im still driving my truck and as long as i dont fire it up and floor it i notice nothing wrong with it

I love the power my Adrenaline makes but its not perfect but when your talking about adding this kind of power to a truck nothing is going to be perfect. Ive have got great customer service from Quad. Do I agree with how he does stuff sometimes? No. But its his business and who am I to tell him how to run his business because I would expect the same from him. Some customers you just can't make happy. We try to do as much as we can to make them happy but no matter what there just not going to be happy.
