smoke switch?

do you have to have an EDGE comp box to install a smoke switch. cuz my friend has a boost fooler chip and a Superchip programmer and we wanted to know if we could do it with that

You don't have to but its not good for the truck or map sensor.

dont do it, you'll mess the truck up big time, you can fry your ecm/box very easily.

Unless you have a pyrometer, DON'T! Does not increase power, soots up things, and is overall just plain risky!
