the pistons are a good idea but im not sure there is enough room. the cam drum on the other hand should have plenty of room for improvment. it kinda looks like a donut with a lumpy center hole

on the computer the high pressure solenoid valve makes a pulse every time a injector fires the more fuel called on the longer the valve stays shut.

well thats what i am working with right now! basically every rpm has a set pulse width. this is what i am working on. for instance if you floor your truck the tps will show a desired fuel, (pulse width) for a certain rpm lets just say 4000rpm. this is basically how it works anyway except the ecm and fpcm doesn't allow these parameters

That is what the Dyno tune on the Adrenaline does. It fuels strictly based on TPS position.

Now don't take this the wrong way as I think it is great you are willing to tear one of these apart but you have to take into account how close the tolerances are on these things. If you were going to modify anything you couldn't take it to any machine shop. IT would take a place that could hold tolerances to a very small amount and most shops can't do that.

Would I take it apart to look at the peicers and figure out how it works? sure. I've had the same idea myself. However I don't think you will be able to modify much to help.

And IIRC 800 hp has been acheived with an SO pump. But don't quote me until I can find proof. Over 1000 has been made on nitrous but I don't know what pump.

what your trying to do has already been done the banks auto mind does that your are trying to accomplish but it does this for a different reason. as we all know banks is based upon smokeless power so i uses the map sensor and data link like the other chips do but i connects to the tps cable so it can conltrol what it is your talking about but it controls it inorder to keep the amounts of smoke down but still be able to achive the rated horse power breath

There is a extreme VP44 pump out there, check out Industrial Injection's website. They have a hot rod pump that adds 100 hp and an extreme pump that flows 140% more than the stock pump. Both of these are about $2000, not cheap but considering the stock ones are what, about $1200 from dodge, not a bad idea for those with a bad pump and wanting to upgrade. Just a thought!
