Default vp44 cam

does anyone know where to get the vp44 cam ground? As i figure it there is a cam of some sort that fills up and that is the max fuel the vp44 can produce and if it is altered the vp44 can produce alot more hp! If nobody can tell me how to do it i will just try some trial an error then post my findings
