all fittings are dry, checked with truck running.

i found out there was fuel at the tank side of the filler tube, so i cranked down that hose clamp and it broke, put a new hose clamp on it.

Drained all fuel from old fuel filter canister and re mounted FASS on rear slots.

I am going to go drive it now and see what happens!

mine did the same thing when I put the FASS on. It stopped when the old suction line was empty. I also remove the old filter canister since it was being bypassed anyway. There shouldn't be any more fuel leaking out after a day or two.

No sure if this has been answered BUT here goes:

The fuel is coming from the old steel supply line that ran to the LP that you disconnected when you unhooked it from the top of the tank to install the FASS. You can either put some compressed air on the LP end of the line and blow it out OR remove the old line or just put up with it as it will go away.

This is to say that as you describe all fittings are good etc.

well, i drained all fuel from the old fuel filter canister and like i said i put a new hose clamp on the tank end of the filler tube. I still saw some fuel leaking from somewhere on my tank when i got out to the house i am at now but like others have said, im hoping its just from that steel line.

It took mine like three days to work it all out of the line.
