I sure do understand there are 2 sides to every story, but both friends and I have had issues with Coolingmist and their superior attitude. i think their hardware is good and their software is adequate. We all get mad when our stuff doesnt work, which doesnt mean we can act like idiots. But when we are upset and we get treated like we dont know what we are doing, it only escalates our frustration levels. Why cant we all just get along! Tim

 

ive installed 4 cooling mist kits on trucks over a period of a yr and never had a problem with them, sorry something happened
