well, im gonna be the first to estimate a power range, 260s are waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyy to much for a single turbod truck, 200 or 220 are about the limit on a single turbo, 5 inch exhaust truck plus if you drive her in town, your economy will suffer huge.

so with the turbo, 200s and the adr w/ pulse, im gonna say somewhere in the 550-650 hp range at rear wheels. if you are dead set on 260s, better get some water/methanol on that sucker, heck id run it even with the 200s, youll make more power that way too.

i'm gonna say water meth too. it runs soooo much better with it.

also i think the 260's will not only be hot, but i dunno that the vp will handle them too well. i would do the 220 range on injectors and look at a BDVP or a monster

Thanks Snackpack!....I had a long convo with Richard @ Coaltrain today.....might go with either his 200's or his 240..

My temps should be able to hold up and keep in check with the 240's....The VP should be able to pop without much trouble......

IMO, I think that with that kind of fuel the wastegate probably won't be able to keep you at 45psi. Also, I don't think that a 64 will provide enough air to clean up that much fuel. I would consider throwing in an external gate to keep the drive pressure and keep the turbo in its map. I really think that you are running a risk of headgasket failure, even with studs; if you spray meth, or provide yourself with the necessary amount of air to clean up that much fuel you're asking for it.

Personally, if thats the kind of fuel you're looking to run, I'd say go with a nice set of twins, i.e hang an s475 or s480 under that 64, and at least run a .020 marine gasket and studs or re-torqued head bolts , and run o-rings or fire rings for good measure.

Well....running 200's and the 64 is cleaning them up really well....slight haze with the ADR on full tilt!

Working on a different gate set-up right now but can spike 50# easy........virgin head is holdin up quite well!

Haven't seen higher than 1400..................

Running a Southbend.....DDP's.....and the Special!....
