Different Tuner that will retain my guages?
Hi all this is my first time posting to the site, Ive owned 3 cummins so far all 24vs and i love them. Current is obviously my favorite thus far mainly for the manual tranny.
I bought the truck with a full banks power pack on it and as im sure you all know the tuner sucks ****. Im glad it has the new ram horn, full exhaust, and new intake but whatever. I want to go to a different programmer that will still retain my guages that came with the banks tuner just for ease it. Im at college in Colorado or i would swap all the electronics out but i have limited tools here.
Id love to add a FASS or Airdog soon but it will come as funds allow. And my fuel pressure is great as i just had the pump refreshed 2k miles ago.
I do have fairly extensive knowledge of wiring on the truck if that helps. Any suggestions would be great.
If theres no way to do it, what would be the best fuel only chip to add-on? id really rather get rid of it since it would be basically polishing a turd but i do have limited funds here. A new smarty is just out of my price range right now.
Thanks ahead for any help/info
