On a full power Edge Comp on 5x5 and my foot mashed on the GO! pedal I can get 32-35 PSI... Yes I installed the boost elbow.

But while I'm cruising my average boost around here is 3-5 PSI... In town 15-25 MPH it ZERO boost pressure...

Shoot stop an go traffic in Boise, ID I can clear 18-25 MPG easy! I use my ScanGauge II as guide to control my foot...

Really easy... My write up...
ScanGauge II

Now the links page for it...
ScanGauge II Links

It's really cool to Dyno your truck after been working on it to see if you improved it or not...

When I shot this pic I was WOT and gaining HP got to 302 HP and the rear tires broke loose on the highway that was freshly sprayed with de-icer... Lame to try doing a high HP run in the middle of winter...

Anymore questions???

Hell, I can't get anywhere near 600 cruising. Mine is at 850-900 on every setting of my Smarty and Comp.
I think I got the best mileage with Smarty on Stock and Comp on 2x1.
I will try the 4x4 setting, but I can't see how that would be better when it blows way more smoke.

That Scan Gauge looks like a sweet unit. How close are the HP numbers compared to a dyno?

Yerah but look at your fuel system you got larger injectors, stacking both Smarty and Edge Comp and Etc... You not going to bbe able to use the same settings... So in your case because of the extra fuel you going to have to run a defueled mode like a 4x3 or 4x2...

Highier the main level the more fuel and timing total you will get. The higher the sub level the quicker you get to the max fuel and timing.

I'm stock fuel system with only a Edge Comp. No injectors, turbo, etc...

The numbers are normally really close (+/- 20 HP). But there is a few factors that will effect it. Slope/Grade (upslope degrades), Outside Temps (colder degrades), Road Conditions (flooded / slushy degrades - Drag), winterized fuels (degrades - less btus) , cetane boosters (degrades less btus).

About a month ago I was screwing around with a friend and pulled 365 HP on it... Still running winterizied fuel and the temps where barely 30-32*F.

I have tried running it on 2x1, 3x1 etc. I just need to screw around with it more. I think I get the most power with Smarty on 8 and Comp on 2x2. The most drive-able power, anyways.

You might try pulling the injection pump lead on the Edge Comp. That will give more timing and less fuel. That is what I'm currently testing out with my truck and so far I gain 1-2 MPG with winterized fuels. (Once Again ScanGauge II calculated).

Hey Mopar, what kind of mounting options are there for this little ditti? Sure looks like a neat little gizmo.

I did that last year, but forget the results. I will try that. I am pulling a trailer up to Canada and I will let you know how it went without the pump tapped.

I put a switch on my pump wire for testing purposes cause I seem to remember more mileage from the EZ I used to run. So far I havent noticed a difference, but I was also trying to run 3X3 and keep the EGTs under 600. Now that I realize mopars advice I put it on 4X4 and am trying things there.
