laptop tuners

dose any body know if there is a laptop tuner for the 99 cummins yet. i work with a guy that dose Camaro's with the hp tuner set up. any thing cummins?

just ready to do some more work to the old Dodge

We don't have electronic injection so EFI tuning is never going to be part of our programming options. We just have to stick to the one fits all style.....
