so i just installed guages today in my truck mounted fuel pressure with a T in the hose right before it goes into the vp44 started the truck and i was running at 11psi at idle and 10 didnt do a WOT test so i turned up the pressure its running about 18-19 at idle however when i accelerate from a stop it drops down to 14-15 and 10 at WOT ive read on other forums that some guys have them running a constant pressure id like mine to stay above 14 just so i know that im constantly flowing good fuel and i can see the return valve open cause at roughly 14psi the guage flutters trying to regulate pressure so any tips?

 

Update had my truck tested and I'm right at 17 psi at idle 15 at 2k rpm in park and 14 at roughly 15k rpm in drive with the brake held down shop said psi is fine most likely bad sender figures glowshift junk
