Depends on what you do with your truck and how you drive it. Is it a daily driver and do you have an EGT gauge

Whats your definition of "heavy duty TC"?

I ran 5X0.014s and no plate on my personal truck for about 6 months before getting a new turbo. It made 426 and 10??.

In my opinion if you plan on going bigger and you think you can keep your right foot under control get the 5X0.014s and de tune your pump if necessary. Also studs are recommended past 50psi but not a necessity. Keep it below 45 and under 17* of timing and you should be safe.

unplug ur gate, and u will need a turbo, plus u will need a fass fuel pump, and u better do some more work to ur trans specially if ur gonna be putting that right pedal to the floor alot. just my opinion

 

X2 on the studs!! Also you might need some more trans work... I dont think just a TC will hold that much

TC might hold...but you'll trash the clutchpacks.
