Ok thanks for the info.
Again to change up the discussion a little and check other options. Do any of you know anyone who has swapped to a five speed, and do those still need built up or are they good to go as long as you have a clutch to back it.

Ive done 5 speed conversions before. For good reliability u need a 1.375 input installed and the bearings shimed. U will need the correct input for Ur t-case or one that came from a diesel or v10 5 speed, assuming its 4x4.
Well this kind of thing is what I do so nothing was a big deal. I'd say Ur biggest hang up could be the t-case part if u don't get an other case. The whole thing has to come apart to change the input. If Ur interested I may be able to hook u up with trans, t-case, and the like. Pm me for more info on that stuff.
