Default over flow valve questions?

Will i see any gains by adding a over flow valve and runing about 30 psi with a boost elbow? If so how much

The OFV only controls the amount of pressure in the pump by "popping off" or bleeding fuel off back to the tank to maintain a certain pressure in the pump. Just replacing a perfectly fine OFV with an adjustable one will not give you more power. If you think you are loosing pressure then get a gauge and monitor it. Your focus should be else where if you have a fuel pressure issue, like lift pump or filter. Usually if your OFV is on its way out your truck will start a little harder than normal. You can stretch the stock spring or add a spring out of a bic pen to stiffen it up.

ricet07 I see u have procomp shocks do u feel they made a substantial improovment

My old shocks were pretty bad so I would say yes. As far as comparing them to a new stock replacement I dont think there would be that big of a difference.
