Default ok, 12v questions

Now that I have recovered from my last financial setback.

My recipe is do the AFC spring mod, add a TST#11 plate, kill the KDP, and add boost and pyro gauges, going with the GS series Autometer.

With a 98 12V manual, 215 hp pump, will the stock turbo be acceptable, or should I think about changing the exhaust housing>?

Wastegate blocked, no plate, tuned afc, and 19* of timing.

Oh and that was with an H1C with an 18.5 cm exhuast housing.

Yes, but when the valve dropped it kind of destroyed the turbine.
