the pump it self will be fine with whatever you do to it, just make sure you have good fuel pressure, you can swap in the dvs from a 215 pump but the cam will still be the same, the cam makes the pump fuel different/harder i believe, the dvs out of a 215 will be 181s and your stock 175 will be 131s
