glow ***** are just junk imo, just say no to them. i honestly put 0 trust into the pyrometer, it says i idle at 200 degrees... theres no way. it also is labeled from 200 degrees through 2600 degrees, who on earth needs to monitor anything past 1600 degrees, it just makes the bottom part of the guage labeled tighter and harder to read, im only using half the guage.

 

i have the glowshift 7 colors, boost, tranny, oil pressure, fuel pressure, egt, i have had them for 3 or 4 years no problems, i can see them day or night and the temps and pressures are dead on, i got the egt gauge that goes to 1600 not 2400

 

i know 1600 degs is not enough on a sled puller.
