Default 650 hp build. 94 12v auto

I am building a 12v for my 95 f350 crewcab. I am looking to get around 650hp and try and get around 18mpg. That being said i think i need.

Port head,
head studs,
.020 pistons,
new rings, bearings,
lazer cut delivery valves, ddp?
Unsure what size injectors,
twin turbos, or single turbo?
O ring head,
Aftermarket Intercooler,
Exhaust manifold upgrade,
Thinking about bigger stainless fuel lines,
Pump flow benched unsure what cc to set it at?
Fluid dampener,
4k unsure brand rpm springs,

If you port the head shouldn't you port the exhaust manifold and the exhaust side on the turbo for better air flow

Port head, If you have the head off and extra coin, if not a good cam will help
head studs, yes
.020 pistons, if you have the $$$ but you can hit 650 with stock pistons
new rings, bearings, unless the there bad not needed
lazer cut delivery valves, ddp? comps from sdx
Unsure what size injectors, SDX 5x.014's sac style
twin turbos, or single turbo? twins
O ring head, yes
Aftermarket Intercooler, stock one will work just fine
Exhaust manifold upgrade,
Thinking about bigger stainless fuel lines, keep the stock size line
Pump flow benched unsure what cc to set it at? have them max it out and you can adjust fuel with the plate
Fluid dampener, if you have the extra $$$
4k unsure brand rpm springs, get it benched with a set of 5ks
