Heres a tip that some may not be aware of - drill an 1/8" hole through the bracket. Then use the 1/8" drillbit to line everything back up when your ready to bolt the hood back on.

thats a good idea

... just make sure you drill both brackets

when we had my hood off we outlined the brackets onto the hood ... just lined the markes back up and it was right back where it was
