check some of the site sponsors very cheep, changing them is not the easyest task.
you will either have to grind the timing cover ... or slide the pump back. you will have to retime the pump if you choose to slide the pump back.

for the rack plug i just used a dremel with a high speed cutting bit to grind the case out, i was kinda nervous at first but just go slow and take your time and it will be fine, there is a little bit of extra meat on the case right there, oh and you need a big opened wrench or maybe a pair of pliars
