x2 on stock tranny but you can mess around with your afc, starwheel and slfuel plate. Just dont get crazy with it. Smoke is nice at times but its wasted fuel.

x3 on the tranny.....there's a bunch of links on tuning the AFC....here's a pretty good write-up with a bunch of pics
afc mods (lots of pics) - DieselRam.com

You can also get a BHAF which will help bring in some airflow....plus it makes the turbo sound BEAUTIFUL!!

Add air first, then add fuel. Like everyone above said, also transmission and if you don't have them, gauges.

I'm towing an off-road rig with mine and it does a really good job with the mods in my sig. New mods will be to add airflow, which (I know, I know) I should have done first. I have power all over the place, but I have to backpeddle to not burn up stuff with EGT.

Best place to find a BHAF is the local Cummins store. You can get a good fleet filter there for less than you can at NAPA, etc. There are a lot of threads talking about the big filters, do a search and do some reading. Cost shoud be in the $55 range, and that is a bolt on deal, no mods required except to pull your air box.

Gauges, best idea is to post a thread so that one of the vendors can quote you. Some really good people support this site, they have the good stuff and the prices are great also.
