no since h&s got took down by epa smarty no longer supports me file in us. they took the file off their site. I called them to see if they would email it to me and they said they cant support that file in us anymore.

3 find the file you need

Im pretty sure starting at the beginning of March Smarty tuners are locked where you cant add the me file. So if you are buying a new Smarty and wanting to download these files floating around make sure its an older one. Smarty website shows you where you can check the serial number so you know if its me locked or not. You can buy them on ebay with me file already installed and ready to go. Probably the best way to go if you don't already own a smarty.
