a o plate and no plate are the same.

pros: would be a big increase in power. i went from 150hp to 280 hp by changing from a stock plate in stock position to a 0 plate. no other pro realy imo

cons: excess smoke, high egts, easy to fry a stock clutch/torque converter, and decrease in fuel mileage, unless ya keep your foot out of it

Unless you have the means to push that much fuel, running plateless could potentially hurt you. Having a rack stop in the right place could be more beneficial then having full rack travel where you are basically overfueling and putting the fire out.

With a 0 plate slid a little forward from stock, I'm making 22 more hp than I was with out the plate.
