wh1e turbo is it the same as a Hx40 ?

my 1993 8.3l cummins has a wh1e turbo will a hx40 work on it ,it is allways towing 26,000 what would be the best turbo for it ,only mods are #5 fuel plate, 5'' pipes, and gauges.

An hx 40 will work, might have to change the down pipe, its not the same turbo but the 40 will work.
