thanks manithink u may be right about the bogging down although it is kinda slow to spool.kinda wierd

go ahead and run it w/o a plate. the other guy says he's be doing it for a year and a half so why not? although i would also agree with him, get your afc working properly and dial it in... the afc set correctly should do about the same thing as a fuel plate and determine your torque curve. possibly stop or limit that bog... you can set an afc to give you plenty of fuel on take off w/o over doing it.

well while i thank you both what i would really like to know is removing the plate gonna put me closer to 500 hp

a o plate full foward is tha same thing as running no plate at all

yes that would show you how a 0 plate FF would act
