A thicker washer would raise the injector makeing the spray pattern wider. A thinner washer lowers the injector makeing the pattern tighter.

yeah stock 215 injectors are 5x10's I think, they will get you to 400 with some good pump tuneing

how are the ddp 90 hp injectors? anybody run thoes? BTW, where do you guys get the 16mm turbine housing?

^^^^ yeah where do u get the housing? and can anybody confirm that the housing will fit the wh1c

I think TST sells a 16cm housing.

215s are 5x10 or 5x9.5 or somthing like that

ddp3s (90hp) would be a good mild injector. I think your money could be better spent on some different sticks.

1100 deg is pretty hot for your current setup. I suspect that not having a plate in, is why it is getting that hot. Did you think about putting a 100 plate in and injectors? I bet your egt's will come down and have better power. I have hauled 14000 lbs at times, never had egt problems. This was before the new turbo. I hit 1000 a few times. Just somethibg to think about.

i thought about the 100 plate thing bc i have 1 but ive never had it in
