Turning up a p7100 fuel pump
A 97 is a 12v not 24v
should be a little plate you take off and you turn over the engine until a little allen head screw comes around the you tightin it to spread the arms the shoots diesel to each injector nozzle opens more but only turn it about a half or a 1/4 turn or you will blow it up
but it will pour out some black smoke
but it will pour out some black smoke
Racking the barrels is a common practice, however for around 300$ -400$ you can send your pump out and have it maxed and balanced ... Add 4k's and its more fuel then most anyone will need ..... Most places won't help you if the only reason you want a high performance pump is to "roll coal".... I would rather make power and keep the smoke to a minimum... My pump max will flow 650cc's , with 5x14's it'll over fuel a 62/475 with the pump at 400cc's
Thats what it does, I played with it and really no gains were had from it.
