Got a part number for those?

Sent with a Droid RAZR in one hand and 14,000 volts in the other.

They're not official Cummins merchandise, they are in-shop made...

I've asked around and all the sailors who are using them are very happy...

One has a 80psi 5.9 with no problems...

Ok that makes sense. I figured if cummins had something like that i would have known about it...

Probably, i guess they compare to Tonys' bolts..

But well, i decided i would go with a wastegated exhaust housing on the HX40, not sure what size it is but i think this is a better idea just to keep the stock drive-ability more stock like...

I decided to pull my stuff all apart and this is how it looks like:

oh, and here's my motor, waiting to get it's stuff bolted on...

And my truck waiting to have the 360 gasser pulled and cummins installed:

Guess i should post this picture here;

The exhaust housing on the HX40W is 19cm2 and the HX60 is 32cm2..

Shouldn't i be able to make over 70psi ?

I know i won't with the marine injectors, but after i get a new clutch i will get a better set of injectors...

Hope i get some comments

Nice job! Makes me want to build compounds now...

I do wonder what the spool will be like with 19 and 32 cm2 housings though...

Sorry, it was a misprint, it was supposed to say 17cm2

I don't think it will be too slow spoolup, my HX35 had a 16cm2 exhaust housing and did fine

1st gear would spool @ 2200rpm
2nd gear would spool @ 2000rpm
3rd gear would spool @ 1750rpm
4th gear would spool @ 1600rpm
5th gear would spool @ 1500rpm

i guess that with my 4k GSK and bigger injectors... i will have no problems spooling that 17cm2 HX40... and i'm not worried about that HX60 at all since i'm running it in a compound configuration...

I pulled my turbos off to refabricate the drain pipes on it and the cold pipe... you can see the old cold pipe on this picture...

Update:

---AutoMerged DoublePost---

I'm betting I could scrounge up some of my recipes and get you the Donaldson P/N's of the parts I used. I used a 3" to 4" adapter, 2 short radius 90's, and one long radius 90.
